We are thrilled to share that Sanderson Watts Associates have been appointed to support the restoration works at The Old Courts in Wigan.

Following significant structural damage that led to the closure of key performance spaces, repair works are now progressing – marking an important step towards reopening a venue that plays a central role in the borough’s cultural life.

As a Wigan-based business, it is particularly meaningful for us to contribute to the recovery of a building that supports local artists, performers, audiences and community groups. The Old Courts is more than a historic structure – it is a hub for creativity and opportunity across the town.

We are looking forward to working collaboratively with the wider project team to help deliver a safe, sustainable and successful restoration.
